You also understand that the offers might be provided by third parties on HP Pay Platforms, and you may require to agree to respective terms and conditions of third parties. You further agree that offers provided to any user may vary from user to user. During the promotional campaign period, HP Pay customers who fuel for ₹100 or more are eligible for an instant 1% Standard Reward as part of the ongoing loyalty program, offering 3 Happy Coins (worth 75 paise) per ₹100 on recharges and 1 Happy Coin (worth 25 paise) per ₹100 on sales transactions.

These rewards are given instantly, encouraging repeated use and enhancing customer loyalty by incentivizing increased adoption and transaction frequency during the campaign. HP Pay reserves the right to disqualify You from any offer in case you do not meet the eligibility criteria for such an offer or any other reasons thereof including but not limited to misuse of offer, misrepresentation, fraud or suspicious transactions/activities, including but not limited to PMLA directives or any at our sole discretion without further notice


Disclaimer

In case of any discrepancy in offers, the customer may raise the issue through the email/Call centre given under the Contact Us section of HP Pay. HPCL will endeavor to resolve the issue raised through the portal within five (5) business days of the issue being received by HPCL. Any decision taken by HPCL shall be final and binding. The customer agrees not to dispute HPCL's findings or decisions in this regard.
